To Use:

• Copy Dynamic "Additional" Fields script into the script library
• Add this script to the body of the page

Structure:

• Container with the class dynamic-other-fields
  • Container(s) that will be shown/hidden are inside this container, with the Micro-theme Utilities > Dynamic Visibility on them
    • Element that will hide the field should have the dynamic-other-fields-remove class on it and be inside the Dynamic Visibility container
• Element that will show the fields should be outside the dynamic-other-fields container, and should have the dynamic-other-fields-add class on it
