I work best on a deadline so I start projects close to their due date.
I work on the tasks that I enjoy most first.
I complete things as they come in.
I keep a to-do list and prioritize based on importance and business objectives.

I try to get to email when I can but it's not a priority for me.
I answer an email as soon as it comes in.
I schedule regular intervals to respond to emails so I can keep my inbox clean.
I respond to urgent emails immediately and book time throughout the day to respond to all remaining emails.

You can reach me by phone anytime, anywhere.
I take phone calls on a case by case basis.
If I am working on an important project I will let my phone go to voicemail and will return the call as soon as possible.

I like to break up tasks into multiple sittings so I do not get bored.
I always multi-task so I can get twice as much done.
I book time to complete the task at hand and only pause occasionally if something important comes my way.
When I am working on a task I focus 100% of my effort on the task at hand and minimize all distractions.

I set time limits to accomplish tasks to ensure that I stay on schedule.
I try to complete tasks within the same time frame as similar tasks completed in the past.

I typically do not eat lunch and use that time to run errands.
I eat at my desk so that I can multi-task.
Count me in! Lunch is my time to power up for the rest of the day.

I have an open door policy and am ready for questions at any time.
Do not disturb me for any reason.
I am ready to tackle urgent matters but for everyday questions I like to schedule dedicated time so that my scheduled work is not delayed.

I try my best to get assigned the simplest task so I have more time for Facebook.
I like to take on the bulk of the work to ensure that it is done correctly.
It's all about delegation. I like to hand tasks off and set clear expectations about what I am looking for and when things are due.
I like to identify key milestones within each task and assign them to the team member with the best skill set to complete each milestone.

It's a war zone. I save everything but good luck finding it.
It depends on the day.
My desk is neat and tidy. I throw away all notes and paper at the end of the day to prevent clutter.
Everything has a place. I can easily go back to reference important documents.

Nothing is ever truly urgent.
When a customer reaches out for something and lists 'urgent' in the subject line of an email.
It depends on what else is on my list for the day.
Something that will have immediate negative business results if not attended to.
